2. Device Permissions
Apturo may request access to the following device features:

Camera & Photo Library: Used to capture or select images of payslips and bank statements for AI-powered data extraction. Images are uploaded to our secure servers solely for this purpose and are not shared with third parties.

File Storage: Used to allow you to upload PDF or image documents from your device.

Notifications: Used to send optional reminders about upcoming payments or financial events. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
All device permissions are optional and only requested when you use the relevant feature. You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
3. AI-Powered Features
Apturo uses AI (large language models) to extract structured data from documents you upload, such as payslips and bank statements. When you use these features:

Your document is uploaded to our servers and passed to an AI model for processing.

The AI returns structured financial data which is then displayed to you for review before saving.

Documents are not stored permanently unless you have the "Auto-save documents" setting enabled.

AI-extracted data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:

Provide and improve the Apturo service

Store and manage your financial information securely

Generate reports and financial summaries on your behalf

Process payments via Stripe for premium access

5. Payments
Payments for Lifetime Access are processed securely by Stripe. Apturo does not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions. A one-time payment grants permanent premium access with no recurring charges.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your financial data is stored securely on our servers and is protected by industry-standard encryption. Only you can access your personal data through your authenticated account. We do not share, sell, or transfer your financial information to third parties.
7. Feedback & Bug Reports
When you submit feature requests or bug reports, that information is sent to our support email. These messages may include optional screenshots. We use this feedback solely to improve the app and do not store feedback data in our database.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Access your personal data at any time

Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Export your financial data (via the Export Report feature)

Revoke device permissions (camera, notifications) at any time via device settings

9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated personal and financial data is permanently removed from our servers.
