Apturo is an independently operated financial tracking and organisation platform operated by the owner of Apturo as a sole trader at the time of writing.
Apturo is designed to help users better understand and organise their personal finances through tracking tools, document storage, analytics, AI-powered insights, and related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Apturo.
By using the Service, you confirm that:

Images and supporting documents
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
By uploading content to Apturo, you confirm that:

You have the legal right to upload the content.

The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The content does not contain malicious software or harmful material.
Users may disable automatic file saving functionality. When disabled, uploaded content may be stored ephemerally and may not be permanently retained.

The information, analytics, AI-generated suggestions, budgeting insights, and financial summaries provided by Apturo are for informational and educational purposes only.
Any decisions made based on information provided by Apturo are made entirely at your own risk.
Users should consult qualified financial professionals before making significant financial decisions.
6. AI Features
Apturo may use artificial intelligence and automated calculations to provide spending insights, organisational tools, and financial summaries.
AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your personal circumstances.
Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all information generated by the platform.
7. Premium Features & Payments
Apturo may offer premium features through a one-time purchase after a free trial period.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe.
By purchasing premium features, you agree to the applicable pricing presented at checkout.
Refunds are governed by the Apturo Refund Policy.
8. Account Deletion & Data Retention
Users may delete their accounts directly within the app.
Following account deletion:

User data may be retained for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, backup, or legal compliance purposes.

After this period, data is permanently deleted in accordance with the Apturo Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

10. Suspension & Termination

Terminated accounts may lose access immediately and follow the standard account deletion and retention process.
